Code Unknown: Pinball Inifinity, 2026
Team size: 4
Role: Producer, Lead Designer
Dev Time: ~ 4 months

Background
Developed as an RIT project by a four-person team, CU:PI is a fast-paced pinball battler infused with roguelike elements, built around the theme of "Mystery." Set on an enigmatic alien planet, players lead an expedition team to uncover buried truths while fending off monsters lurking in the shadows. To amplify the sense of mystery, the game integrates a Fog of War mechanic with diverse pinball variants, delivering a unique experience that bridges atmospheric exploration with high-energy combat.
Contribution
Serving as both Lead Designer and Producer on CU:PI, I gained invaluable experience in leading a cross-functional team under a tight schedule. I was responsible for the entire design spectrum, from combat abilities to UI, while simultaneously managing our roadmap through Jira and Trello.
My greatest takeaway was the importance of adaptive leadership. By building strong rapport with my teammates and understanding their specific pipelines, I was able to distribute tasks effectively and maintain steady progress. On the technical side, I maintained a highly organized development environment by using Excel-driven data sheets, which empowered me to balance complex roguelike systems efficiently while fulfilling my managerial duties.
